We ship six days a week from our store in Thiensville, Wisconsin. We normally have same day shipping for orders placed by 2:30pm CST. If we are unable to ship same day, we will send you a note to let you know. Packages are typically shipped via USPS.
We know shopping for clothing and bras isn't easy so that's why we offer the fit guarantee. We welcome you to return any item that you don't love or doesn't fit correctly. Please keep all tags on until you are 100% sure it's love and you are going to keep it. We know it's hard to get out with little ones so we allow 60 days for returns. See below for more details.
For orders over $100, we offer free shipping and returns. We will send you a return label so that you can easily send back your items.
Prefer to pick up in-store?
We have that option as well! Your purchase will be waiting behind the counter in Thiensville for you. You do need to have a Wisconsin address in order for this option to appear on the checkout. We ask that you pick up within 48 hours of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If you are trying on bras and breastfeeding, please use a nursing pad. Any soiled in garments, at the discretion of Close to the Heart, are not eligible for returns.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us for orders over $100. If your original order was less than $100, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened baby carriers
- Opened silicone items (for example Haakaa manual pumps)
- Final Clearance Sale Items (items found in the sale section are considered final sale)

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. These include all items in the Sale section on our website.
