Shipping & returns

Fit Guarantee

We know shopping for clothing and bras isn't easy so that's why we offer the fit guarantee. We welcome you to return any item that you don't love or doesn't fit correctly. Please keep all tags on until you are 100% sure it's love and you are going to keep it. We know it's hard to get out with little ones so we allow 60 days for returns. See below for more details. 

For orders over $100, we offer free shipping and returns. We will send you a return label so that you can easily send back your items.

Prefer to pick up in-store?

We have that option as well! Your purchase will be waiting behind the counter in Thiensville for you. You do need to have a Wisconsin address in order for this option to appear on the checkout. We ask that you pick up within 48 hours of purchase.

Thank you for your purchase and supporting a small business! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us for orders over $100. If your original order was less than $100, you are responsible for return shipping fees.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Food
  • Tea  
  • Opened baby carriers
  • Opened silicone items (for example Haakaa manual pumps)
  • Final Clearance Sale Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
